Tickets are now on sale for the Quest Ivanhoe 127th Austral Wheelrace and 2024 AusCycling Madison National Championships at Melbourne's DISC Velodrome on Saturday, December 21.
The Austral Wheelrace is regarded by many as Australia’s greatest track cycling event and is the world’s oldest track race.
This year marks the 127th edition which began on the hallowed turf of the Melbourne Cricket Ground in 1887.
With handicap heats and finals run over 2000m, the Austral is a must-circle date in every track fan and cyclist's calendar that brings the best of Australian track cycling to DISC.
The feature night of the Austral Wheelrace racing week concludes with the crowning of the 2024 Madison national champions for men and women.
